Emmys 2010
I wasn't planning on watching the Emmys this year, but I put it on as I was getting ready to go out, and 'Best Supporting Actor in a Drama' comes up and BAM! Aaron Paul wins. ♥ I didn't watch much of it, however, and just skipped to the parts that were relevant to my interests.

I am so, so happy he finally won. So well deserved.

Bryan Cranston. I love him, and there is no question that he earned that award. Even though I don't watch all the shows whose actors were nominated, it was definitely a talented bunch. But I must admit that I was rooting for Hugh Laurie, because, well, I love Hugh Laurie, and Bryan did win 2 other Emmys. I'm looking forward to the day when Hugh does win.
I feel bad for Matthew Fox, because even though I only watched 3 seasons of Lost I know he's a damn fine actor and he's not going to get a chance to win for his role as Jack Shephard anymore. :(
Still, I am damn pleased with the win and happy for Bryan Cranston.
Class act. I love how humble and grateful he is, how appreciative of his fellow nominees.
I squeed at how supportive Bryan and Aaron are of each other, and how appreciative they are of the entire cast and crew. I also squeed when Krysten Ritter tweeted her excitement after Aaron won. ♥

George Clooney. I'm glad he was honoured with the Humanitarian Award. Another class act. It was nice to see him reunited with Julianna Margulies as she presented the award. Noah Wyle, where are you?
Jimmy Fallon did a great job, and I enjoyed his musical numbers. Made me think back to his time on SNL and how much I enjoyed his musical performances on Weekend Update with Tina. My favourite was probably his impersonation of Billie Joe Armstrong and his rendition of Good Riddance. ♥
Oh, and if you're not yet watching Breaking Bad? You really fucking should.
