Here's something kinda pretty:

I saw eternity the other night,
like a great ring of pure and endless light,
All calm, as it was bright,
And round beneath it, Time, in hours, days, years,
Driven by the spheres,
Like a vast shadow moved, in which the world
And all her train were hurled

--Henry Vaughan

Isn't that gorgeous? the idea of us all being thrown around this ring of endless light? sometimes we just go too fast to enjoy it, but i think that's why i'm so tempted to travel now to some exotic place without all the comforts of home, some little village where you are forced to appreciate things on the most basic and beautiful level. Like how much more you enjoy food when you have to really work for it..?

I dont really think i'm making any sense at all. hm. it's a pretty poem anyways. wouldn't it be nice to be able to write with such eloquence that you can have a huge impact on people?
