Hello,
My doctors recently discovered that I have Laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR). I was given a list of things to avoid eating, but I'm still very confused. On that list it said "avoid citrus fruits" which I thought was obvious. But then I started getting advice on somethings (like lemon) being OK because of the alkaline level.. Something like that.
Does anyone have LPR or know about it? I want to know what I can and cannot eat.. Especially if I can have lemons because lemonade is my favorite thing to drink, ever! I have briefly Googled, but came out more confused.. I do plan to do more research soon though but I thought I would check here.
I'm a lacto-vegetarian, so I'm looking for things i can eat in that diet. (I don't eat meat, fish or eggs but I have dairy)
Thanks in advance!
