let's be polytheistic!

I can't even believe Bush won. Our country is so divided. Just a little over half of the people living in the U.S. are fucking stupid. I hope everyone is prepared for 4 more years of lies, deceit, and a wide assortment of other bullshit. It's going to be a depressing time for many of us. I have this sick feeling that something bad is going to ( Read more... )

Ha! I can't help but laugh at your replies...You can in no way beleive that there is no God. You yourselves fool yourselves into thinking that there is no God. One of these days something will happen to you. If it is something that is good for you you call it luck. If it is something bad you will accuse Chrisitans and say "Where was God now? Where is your God now?"
AIDS...whose fault is that? God of course, he allowed it. Gays didn't have anything to with it, it was all God's fault. Am I right? But in the end it doesn't matter. People choose what they want to beleive. None of what I write will go anywhere if you already choose bias me right away just because I am Christian.
Also don't give me that hypocrite crap. I know we all are. As for the Christian History stuff theres a difference between being a Christian and calling yourself a Chrisitan. One of these days you will be confronted by God, you may bash me all you want on "oh?! is he going to appear in front of me and talk to me personally?" But for your sake i hope you make the right choice.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Let's just SAY for a second there is a god, you ignorant fool. If there is a god I am going to hell, right? Do you really think Satan would decide 'well, you hate god so I'm going to punish you'? Fuck no. Satan would want me and my fellow blasphemers to help him stage a coup to take over heaven.

But that is not going to happen because there is no heaven or hell or god or satan.

And I'm talking the real history of Christianity, not what people do and say under the guise of Christianity. I am studying this stuff right now and it is utterly ridiculous that you can take it as fact. Within the Bible it contradicts itself. There are TWO creation stories and TWO version of the flood with Noah. There are books and books and books of the Bible that people have decided to just leave out and act like they never existed. The CHURCH itself argued about the divinity of Jesus. THE CHURCH, not random people. All the stories in the bible are taken from mythologies that existed long before. The story of the baby Jesus parallels that of the Buddha, and that was 2000 years before Jesus.

And for the record, most people used to think the earth was flat. They must have been right since most people thought so. Ancient man believed in their fertility goddess. Akkadians, Assyrians, Summerians believe in their gods. Greeks, Etruscans, Romans believed in their gods. I'm sure you are SURE of your god, but so were they.

You're a fucking idiot. Way to base your life around someone you've never met. God dosen't exist, and there's nothing you can say that will prove that wrong. The bible is just a fucking shitty story just like The Lord of the Rings, but you don't see me praying to Frodo, do you?

Eat shit you Christian cunt.

i was a christian for more than half my life and now i don't have religion at all. I went thousands of miles from home to set up vacation bible school for kids. So don't tell me "someday you'll be confronted with god"
also, no one is sure there is a heaven or hell or if there is reincarnation, or if jesus was THE savior, our minds cant even comprehend the infinity of the universe. Choosing religion or not choosing religion is personal, and cannot be argued. Its simply how each individual deals with the idea of 'being'
