let's be polytheistic!

I can't even believe Bush won. Our country is so divided. Just a little over half of the people living in the U.S. are fucking stupid. I hope everyone is prepared for 4 more years of lies, deceit, and a wide assortment of other bullshit. It's going to be a depressing time for many of us. I have this sick feeling that something bad is going to ( Read more... )

I was with you up until the God/unicorn comment, lol... because I (and I am in no way trying to enforce my beliefs upon you) believe that there is a GOD... and right now, more than ever do I need to believe in that. I don't have to see something to believe in it, like love. I can't see it or touch it, but I can feel it... like my faith.

Although, I definietly agree with you in other areas. I don't want a priest for a president, I go to church for that. I don't think that we are doomed for having Bush get re-elected, but I am disappointed in the people who have taught us all our lives to watch out for allowing history to repeat itself...when they are welcoming it with open arms. And as far as proposal 2... it sucks...But theres really nothing more we can do about it, until another 4 years... Im not gonna lie, I watched the polls until about 3 a.m. last night, and as the percentages went up for 2, tears were rolling... but I did all I could, informed everyone I knew, and voted...Unfortunately, people DO vote just to vote, or vote because they think that certain jokes about DICK cheney and george BUSH, (DICK/BUSH)are funny, or because Bush was the president before..so eh, whatever...they are uninformed, so I guess I am most sad about the lack of knowledge that people choose to intake into their lives...how they can cast aside a group of people simply because they don't want to get to know them and can instead just discriminate... Its different to read about it... I never thought that I would have to live in a world that would choose to make me and my friends go through such pain...

Anyway... SOO many people have been talking about the election and whatnot, I saw yours, and wanted to comment cuz I havent fully released all of my feelings on all of this yet...haha, so thanks!!

If you're ever thinking about coming to visit MSU, gimme a call.. or if you're gonna be around S.H. over Christmas break or anything, don't be a stranger...its been SO long...

Religion is bullshit and just because someone dosent agree with you dosent necessarily make them WRONG.

Fuck you all, Bush and Kerry are both niggers and neither one is good for our country. As far as I'm concerned we were fucked either way. Kerry is a POLITICIAN and if you believe a single thing he said you're a GODdamned fool. The way i see it we can either keep annoying each other with pointless bitching or we can just shut up and accept the fact that we're fucked. It feels like a civil war in the making and the funny thing is that it's for no reason - Bush has a maller vocabulary than a picture book and kerry has more flip flops than old navy - THEY BOTH SUCK.

Get over it.

They both suck, sure. But Bush doesn't have the intelligence to run this country. Straight up, he's a fucking idiot. Now, I don't believe in everything that Kerry had to say, because I know that he's a politician. At least the man can carry on a conversation and talk of things that are relevent. Bush jabbers about jack shit almost every time I've ever seen the man talk. Oh, and the flip-flop thing about Kerry... all people who think this is bad should kill themselves via blunt object. How the motherfuck can you say that changing your mind about a subject is bad!??! Like most of the country, Kerry had been misinformed on a lot of our current situations. Upon receiving more information about these situations he was able to re-evaluate his stance on them. That's just fucking natural to do. You'd be a hypocrate if you said you'd never changed your mind about something, before. People always talk about how they feel comfortable with Bush as their president because he's like the typical American citizen, and they feel like they can associate with him. I feel that Kerry was being more of a human by re-evaluating his thoughts. We don't need a president who is as dumb as half the country, we need someone who's smart. We need to be backing someone that can at least convey their thoughts and ideas through words. I'm sorry, but if you can't even present your ideas through the ways of the magical language known as English, then you shouldn't be representing my country. Bottom fuckin line... they may both suck, but Kerry is the lesser of two evils, and if you can't see that then you should be sipping goblets of fire with Hitler in Hell.
