Start over
Well, I don't have pink eye. It was some sort of karititis or something. My cornea's really irritated which caused the redness and pain. The pain was gone Monday, but I missed out on my classes because I had to go to an eye doctor to figure out what was wrong. I'm just glad it isn't pink eye. I'm kinda behind in drawing II and typography II right now. I have some drawings I need to do for drawing class. I have 30 sketches to do for typography :( I skipped those classes today becuase it's pretty pointless for me to go in without any work to show. So, I'm going to work on that stuff here and just e-mail teachers. I am going to go to English at 4:15, though. I really like that class so I don't want to miss out. Blah, I'm going to get even more behind in drawing and typography next week becuase Wednesday is my court date. I'm kinda nervous about that. I just don't want to deal with that shit, it adds more stress to my life. I hope I can make all of this up. I need to write up a plan so I can balance all of this out, becuase I'm honestly stressing myself out. Godamn this eye shit, it set me back so much...
On a lighter note, last night I went to a badass show with Dave and Jason. We went to St. Andrews Hall to see Poison the Well, The Bled, Murder by Death, The Kinison, and Fordirelifesake. The whole show was amazing minus the Kinison, they fuckin sucked. Their music was good, it sounded like they were goin for a Tora Tora Torrance!!! sound but failed because their lead singer was horrible. He brought the whole band down with his shittiness. I was surprised Fordirelifesake played. They were added at the last minute, but they played an awesome set. Murder by Death was awesome. Their name is kinda goofy, but they were amazing. They reminded me of Desert City Soundtrack but with Trey Anastasio-like vocals. I might add the girl on cello was quite cute. The Bled was fuckin awesome. I mean awesome. Before we made our way to the pit we were up in the balcony watching. Right when they started playing the whole floor broke out into a huge circle pit. So huge that kids were pushed into the soundboard moving it back about 10 feet. After witnessing this, it was time to join in the fun. I had my glasses on so I put em in my pocket and flailed around blindly. I got elbowed right in the mouth and was dazed for a pretty long time, so that sucked. But, despite that I continued to dance about. I wasted most of my energy watching the Bled so I didn't do too much for Poison the Well. It's cool though seeing as it was my 4th time seein them. I still danced around a bit but left about halfway through to get some water and watch from the back. So, all in all the show was pretty sweet. I got myself a black Bled shirt and yellow Fordirelifesake shirt.
