I was excepting a nice quiet, uneventful weekend. No Quidditch, Halloween a couple weekends away and students studying up for what I know was going to be a pretty tough week of classes. I did not expect what occurred however. But maybe I should have seeing as this is Hogwarts. I don't know what was worse the party held Saturday night in the Gryffindor Common Room or the new war between houses as to who can make the others common room more horrible. I don't think anyone deserves a common room that is pink and sparkly like that even the Slytherins. And how on earth did the Gryffindor's get negative points? I mean I know they like their mischief but that just seems extreme.
I thankfully was not called upon to help with the party situation on Saturday evening - but Rory was and I think it really upset her. She is so worried that a party like this is a reflection of her leadership of the school, well I know it's just stupid teenagers but it's difficult to get that across to her. I only know she was upset because she came crawling into my rooms after punishing the students wanting to cuddle and before I could get anymore information from her she was asleep snuggling into my side. And I can never resist her when she needs my help. I did try to get her to tell me a bit more when we woke up this morning but she was quite tight lipped and didn't want to talk.
I'm not sure why but Francis has renewed his advances on Rory, I will hurt him if he keeps this up.
{enchanted memo to Rory}
Rory did you borrow my owl to send a letter? I couldn't find her earlier.
