Big Italian Men
So .... I am just about to leave to meet a friend of a friend for a drink. Yes, I have my safe call in place even though we are meeting in a public place and I am carrying as well. Supposedly he's 'nilla, but we shall see. Wish me luck.
I realized a sad fact today ....
I don't know HOW to date ..... I know how to flirt, I know how to have a serious relationship, I know how to get married, and divorced, I know how to end a relationship with civility, but I don't know how to date, I know how to make friends, I know alot of things, but I've never really "dated." Met my first serious adult relationship right out of high school. Had steady boyfriends (4 years and 3 years respectively) during Jr High and High School. Jumped right into a serious relationship. When that ended I was alone for about 4 months before I met my husband, the father of my two kids. When that ended I jumped right into a 9 year marriage and when that ended I jumped right into my relationship with Conrad who'd been my friend for 6 years. But I don't know how to date. How sad is that, a 38 year old woman not knowing how to date ......
