Dear Yuletide Writer,
First of all, thank you, thank you, and thank you for being awesome! I'm not entirely sure if I deserve anything more than a lump of coal this year, but here is the list of what I would love to read if you're in a generous frame of mind:
Law & Order: UK
I'll be happy with any story where Ronnie and Matt's partnership plays a role. It can be anything from gen, het, slash, or all of the above (all right, except for James/Alesha, which is the only possible pairing that does nothing for me, since I'm more open to Matt/Alesha). It can be a casefic, or an angsty vignette, or written entirely in dialogues, as long as it explores their dynamics somehow.
(Bonus: If DI Chandler and/or Alesha makes an appearance, it would be fantastic - and heck, you can throw in James and George in there, if you'd like, as I <3 this ensemble so so much. And if it happens to deal with any of the events from 2x06 Honour Bound, 3x04 Confession and/or 3x07 Anonymous, I will love you forever.)
Justified
Anything goes, as long as the story features Deputy Tim Gutterson in one form or another. If there is any sniper action (which isn't a ephemism, per se), it would be a total bonus. ::cough::
Under Heaven - Guy Gavriel Kay
Shen Tai and Wei Song and their life together afterward. Wei and Li-Mei would probably get along famously. I can see Sima Zian or Bytsan coming to visit from time to time after Tai and Wei settle down together. I'm also constantly picturing scenarios where Wei ends up displaying her kickass skills (maybe to unsuspecting bandits who think she's just a housewife), because, well, that would be awesome. But even a short, slice-of-life story of these two together would make me very happy.
The Mentalist
I would love to read a story that explores Lisbon's relationship (not necessarily romantic) with Mashburn and/or Jane. If you prefer to write an ensemble fic, please feel free - I adore the trio (Cho, Rigsby and Van Pelt), so a gen fic would also make me a happy gal.
