Vonage: think it's great? i wish

So, like all other big companies, Vonage sucks. There is a fee of $10 to change my rate plan. No one could explain to me what it was for. "Company policy, can't change it." i have no idea, actually, if would be to my financial advantage or not. there aren't many voice over IP companies, and i don't know about changing hardware and whatnot. :(

any time i want to change my rate plan. if i were to just pick a plan and stick with it, it would be fine. but some months i might want to make more phone calls and have the unlimited minutes.

its probably a different company but theirs one called The Go Phone (i think) and i'm pretty sure you can change that one around all you want, and theirs another one like it too, i'll try to pay attention to the ad next time i hear it.
