Rebecca's Imitation Goddess Dressing
yep, that's right. they said it couldn't be done, but They were wrong. the measurements aren't as pretty, and it's not as thick (didn't have any xanthan gum on hand), but at the party i brought this to, everyone loved it.
ingredients:
1/4 C oil
1/4 C water
1/4 C + 2 tsp tahini
2 T + 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 T + 1 tsp soy sauce
1 T + 1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
parsley, chopped
what to do: put ingredients in bowl, mix up.
