Been vegan again for 1 month, minus Christmas day where I had a few bites of cheesey spinach dip and mashed potatoes because I partied the night before and was not strong enough for my vulnerabililty. Paid the price, and was reminded why I dont eat the stuff. It's bad for my body and the world.

I was vegan for almost an entire year and it was the best I'd ever felt in my life. Boundless energy, happiness, inspiration. So many healthful benefits. Not too mention, with the inclusion of fasts, 30-40 lbs lost.

Went on a hiatus, and gained a lot of weight back, not all of, but half of it. Along with losing all those things I talked about (not completely).

I will get down to 110.

I fast, but I like to do it the *healthy* ways, in this case-- with lots of water, raw veggies (mostly salads without dressing, or a little vinegar for dressing), some fruits (mostly high water content varieties), and fresh juices (mostly veggie) and smoothies (for example, berries, spinach and flax).

I would love to have a buddy or two or three to help me stay strong, so leave a comment/message if that is something you are interested in.
