Vegan in Las Vegas?

Can anyone recommend a swanky place where I can get a vegan meal but my omni client won't be weirded out? I'm having a hard time finding anyplace elegant whose menu isn't loaded with steak, lobster and veal. Ugh.

I'd prefer someplace with plates between $20 and $50 each, so no hole in the wall recommendations (although I know the food would be rockin').
