I am going to vegas and even though I have been there as a vegetarian a couple years ago, I have not been back since I went vegan. Are there any tips for vegan-friendly stores/food on the strip? I've looked on Happy cow butit seems llike many of the places have closed. I will be staying at the Paris and I wish so bad that the creperie in the hotel had vegan crepes, but I know that is very unlikely.
I've looked in the archives, but I'm having a hard time finding anything.
