There are a lot of blogs that have 'cook the books' features, and there's a blog called Meet the Shannons where a family cooks through the original red and white Betty Crocker cookbook. ThePPK has posts about nearly everything that's come out of any book that Isa has written.
Google "vegan mofo" and you'll find a lot of vegan blogs that way. Or check out vegancrunk, getsconedpdx, have cake will travel, justthefood, fatfreevegan, etc. The only blog I know of that is totally dedicated to cooking the books 100% of the time is Meet the Shannons, most other bloggers post food from books or recipes they've modified from books. There are never enough vegan bloggers. Create your own spin and make yours personal! I have a very simple blog that just posts eats, musings and fun recipes. http://laceylovesfood.wordpress.com and i have a few great links on the right of the blog if you want to go looking around :)

Oh wow! I so subscribed to Meet the Shannons, even if they've made reference to store bought mock meat. I'll be checking all of these out. ^^
