I will be doing shows in El Paso for three days. I'm not sure if I'll actually have time to eat out somewhere, but what's good eatin' down there (just in case)? Also, the later they're open, the better. I'm not looking for vegan-specific restaurants, really- just anything that will have something good on the menu so I can enjoy eating out with

IME New Mexican-Mexican food tend to be safer than Tex-Mex, so perhaps try to gravitate towards that genre if you can. I haven't been to El Paso in a long time so I don't have any specifics. I remember getting awesome atole in El Paso, and if you can find dairy-less capirotada (bread pudding; its traditionally without milk but milk is an easy shortcut to making it creamy so sometimes you'll find it in there) I guarantee you'll be a happy camper
