Road trip Chicago-DC

I'm taking a road trip this weekend leaving from Chicago to Washington D.C. We'll take i-80 East to the Ohio Turnpike to i-70. We'd like to stop somewhere for a meal, but I'm having a hard time finding some place that's not too far (ie less than 10 miles) off the interstate. Somewhere in Ohio would be preferable. I live in Ohio, you have to actually get into a city to eat anything, the turnpike is a whole lot of nothing.

How unfortunate... Do you know of any major cities in northern Ohio that might have something? Going through Columbus adds an hour and a half to the overall traveling time unfortunately. Looks like Pittsburgh may be our only option for an actual meal.

If you're interested in going to Cleveland (whether you run through it or not is kind of confusing to me, I should check a map,) Tommy's in Mayfield Heights is awesome, awesome vegan friendly yet omni food (lots of middle eastern, mixed with greasy american-really good!)

Tommy's is good but they tend to lie about ingredients =/

I'm not sure because I'm not a vegan currently due to health issues and rarely get to go more than once a year :/
