I was just curious how many of you guys drink soda, and if you don't, how you cut it out of your diet.
Now that I've got the vegan thing down, I'm really trying to switch to a whole foods, non-processed vegan diet, and the only thing I'm having an extremely hard time getting rid of is diet soda. I think I'm legitimately addicted - the last time I tried to give it up, I got serious withdrawal symptoms and was quite ill.
Do you guys have any advice? Motivation? Etc.?
