hello all you lovely vegan people,
I just formulated a basic meal plan using
http://www.dietitian.com/calchelp.php it tells you how much of what particular food group you need each day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
it says I need 100 grams of protein a day...this is really confusing to me. i thought you were supposed to eat between 30-50 grams at most, and eating a lot more than that could be dangerous.
Should I follow their advice and eat 100 grams a day? Or are they mad?
here's what was calculated for me fat, protein, and carb wise;
Fat grams: 67 grams - 28%
Protein grams: 100 grams - 21%
Carbohydrate grams: 250 grams - 51%
