Hai guys, for a while i have been considering transitioning to a raw diet, probably 70%-80% raw. I've found a few great blogs about it so far, but I'm wondering if any other raw vegans have some favourite resources they'd like to share?
I'm also kind of concerned that a raw diet would leave me feeling unsatisfied... right now i depend on a lot of starchy, gluteny, carby foods to feel full, like rice, pasta, bread, potatoes, etc. I want to cut these out of my diet because they completely sap my energy whenever I eat them and make me feel terrible, but I don't know of any raw foods that feel as satisfying as these.... Did anyone else have this issue when they went raw or is it a weird question?
