lies about milk

This article infuriates me. I have asthma and dairy is one of my triggers, *and* both my husband and i had an awful problem with mucous until we gave up all forms of dairy, and we can tell when we've eaten something contaminated (with any milk ingredients at all) if we get sneezy and phlegmy after. i've talked to a LOT of people (including lots of ( Read more... )

i know people who developed asthma from consuming dairy products. i had such a severe reaction to them as a child i almost died.

it's such a bizzare "food". I really wonder who the first person was who saw a baby cow feeding and thought "wow, i really need some of that"

Actually I think I read that dairy farming was started in Scandinavia because of a lack of other food at the time.

Haha, well then! I guess I'll just ignore the fact that the numerous digestive issues that dairy gives me have up and disappeared since I cut it from my diet.
