business flats/ very low heels

I'm having the hardest time finding nice shoes for work (I'm in a sort of dressy office). I don't like heels (and neither does my back!) and flats that cut too low towards the toes just fall off my feet (could be my high arches). Cushioning or being able to fit in an insole without squashing my foot is important. Right now I just wear the same pair of Xhilaration shoes every day. I wish I could find a good looking pair of loafers or flats or something but this is driving me nuts! TJ Maxx was my go-to for digging around for nice accidentally all manmade materials but they have cut down their size ten section enormously and were always a gamble.

Does anyone have any hints or tips OR can you tell me if the shoes below are worth my time?
