So I've recently taken up running and although there is a wealth of information on beginner running, training tips, etc. I can't find too much help with nutrition. All of the books I've looked at have vegetarian nutrition sections, but nothing seems to mention vegan health, just diets with eggs and dairy. I know absolutely nothing about running nutrition other than protein and carbohydrates are your friends...
Does anyone have any tips or good links? I'm trying to figure out what to eat before and after runs, what to eat on days I do run, anything that could be of help..?
