Feeling icky

Hi guys!  I just moved a couple weeks ago, and spent yesterday afternoon and evening hanging up curtains, putting up a mirror, etc (big heavy things).  I started to kind of shiver and shake a tiny bit, and my skin started to really hurt (classic symptoms of strep throat for me) so I took a couple of Tylenol PM and decided to see what this morning would bring.  I started waking up around 3 or so and I felt like crap.  When I finally dragged myself out of bed to get ready for work at 7:30, I felt like somebody had taken a baseball bat to my head, back and knees.  My skin is still uber-sensitive too.  I took a hot shower, which kinda helped a little (I don't take baths, I can't sit still in a tub) and I am drinking some hot peppermint tea, but I would like some suggestions.  I am going to try to stretch out a little (which really hurts) but I have to go to work tomorrow.  (I work with kids, so I need my system to be all there.)  And I don't think the heavy lifting should have done anything.  The day after I moved in (loading and unloading mattresses, dressers, etc) I felt wonderful.

I may not have been eating well enough this weekend.  Would that do it?  And when you're sick and the thought of eating just makes you even sicker, what do you eat to make sure you get enough nutrients?

Thank You!!!!
