update on recent utah arrestees

Today at the bail hearing it was decided that BJ and Alex will be released!!! They should be out sometime today. They looked healthy, happy, and relieved.
They will have a curfew, and electric monitoring... they are not allowed to have contact with anyone who is known to be affiliated with "straight edge" or "ALF" (not exactly sure what that means). They will also have software put on their computers to log activity. Please do not contact them about the case or anything animal rights related.
Check here for updates, there will also be a website up very soon.
We sill need to raise (at minimum) $10,000 for Alex's legal fees so please donate, support, come to the show, fund raise... every little bit help.

related but not related, there is still the 'contempt of court' hearing for jordan on friday in salt lake city, facing jail time for not answering questions when the prosecution called him before a grand jury hearing (for those unfamiliar: grand juries are where you're called to a closed-door hearing, only the prosecution gets to talk, you can't have a lawyer, and you are not allowed to not answer questions. you can go to jail if you don't).
please give any support you can!
