B-12, The Saga

Jan 25, 2009 19:59

Today I had lunch with some friends that I haven't seen in a while.  I told them I had decided to be vegan and blah.....blah......blah.......

Now these are two people I really care for deeply.  But one of them does the Melalueca thing.  If you don't know what that is, well just google it.  I honestly don't know that much about Melaueca, but I do know that I don't like "friends" of mine trying to sell me stuff all the time.

Melalueca smells funny to me.  If you want to sell me something, then go on and straight up sell it to me.  I don't like all the wheeling and dealing.

So anyway, I told this woman that I bought a bottle of vitamins to deal with the B-12 thing.  Then you KNOW what she did.  Yup, she went on about how the vitamins I bought were no good for me and how I NEEDED the Melaueca vitamins she could sell me.  But of course to buy them would mean a membership fee and then a minimum monthly expenditure....................Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...............

So here's the question, and if you don't know, then don't answer:

I don't want to try to figure out all the biological crap.  I just want ya'll to tell me what brands of vitamins will work best without all them crazy free radicals bombarding my system and trying to give me cancer.  So,  I would be most appreciative if some compassionate souls would please tell me the best brands which don't require a yearly membership fee or any happy horse crap close to that.  Simply put, what's the best brand?

Thank you, and have a lovely evening.
