su restaurant, edgewater common

just wanted to recommend this restaurant! it's fairly new, i believe, and isn't very far from the weehawken ferry from ny. i was in nj for the holiday weekend visiting my folks, and today went out for lunch with some friends. su is a true pan-asian restaurant, with chinese, japanese, malaysian, thai etc dishes. everything we tried was delicious. it's vegetarian, not vegan, but the majority of the items are vegan and everything's labeled either vegan or dairy. dishes containing nuts are labeled as well.

as an added bonus, it's about a minute away from the biggest japanese supermarket i've ever had the pleasure of visiting, mitsuwa. if you're in the area, check it out!
