They can't just send them to train in an inner city area with lots of gunshot victims?

I guess you didn't see that the point that these people are not experts on repairing gun wounds and the army thinks shooting the pigs is ok because it considers them disposable, in case the soldiers mess up and they die--I really don't think the best way to fix that is to treat inner city people as disposable instead of animals
