Today I was at the mall with family and while my cousin was buying from the MAC counter, I asked one of the women working there if the company does animal testing and uses animal ingredients. She said no to both and assured me that MAC is "very animal friendly".
Unconvinced, I decided to find out if she was right when I got home. The good news is that they don't animal test. But they do have products containing beeswax, lanolin, etc. WTF. The woman was emphatic and used the term "animal byproducts" too.
