Hi all,
I need your help!
Since going vegan, I haven't really been eating pasta. The reason behind this is I have a pasta machine where you mix up the dough yourself and then push it through the machine. It was so much more nicer than the dried store bought stuff. the problem is, it is the one thing I miss. I won't eat the homemade stuff anymore because the recipe has eggs in it, so this is where I need your help.
Does anyone know of a recipe for homemade pasta dough without eggs? I know this is a challenge but any suggestions would be great...particularly if anyone has tried something different.

On a side note, I recently got this book 'Vegan Cupcakes take over the word' (I can't remember the author's name off the top of my head). And I made the red velvet cupcakes...and they are so good! My boyfriend isn't vegan and he couldn't tell they were vegan. Moreso, they were delish!
I love this book, and it goes to show you can be vegan and make wickedly delicious treats that omnivores won't pull faces at! If you can get it please do, the pictures alone will make you drool!
