I have a really quick question: I went on vacation a few weeks ago and brought along a carton of shelf-stable soy milk, stuck it in the fridge (unopened) and promptly forgot about it. Took it out of the fridge and put it in my suitcase one week later-still unopened- to bring home with me and it has been sitting at room temp ever since. I just stuck it in the fridge again but am worried that the whole cold to warm thing might have screwed it up somehow. Is it safe to drink, or am I just asking for food poisoning or something?
