Hey everyone, I'm looking for some advice. For the past month or so I've been constantly exhausted. My eating habits haven't changed, my diet as far as I can tell is really healthy. All my meals are based on veggies and beans and I make sure I take my supplements daily. but everything feels like a constant effort. I'm sleeping 12 hours a night and most of the day I can't make myself move. I've suffered from chronic fatigue in the past and I'm not sure if it's come back - if it has I don't know why, or whether being vegan has anything to do with it? I'm sure it isn't, because since I've been vegan I've eaten healthier than I used to. I don't know what to do, mainly because people keep telling me it's because I'm vegan and I'm sure it's not, my mother wants me to eat some meat to see how it makes me feel. OF COURSE I'm not going to, but it's difficult because I've always enjoyed being a healthy vegan and having no issues people can put down to my diet. Before feeling this way everyone couldn't believe how healthy and well I was and I loved that it changed their judgement on vegans, now I feel like it's gone all wrong! Anyway the main point of this post is I was wondering if there is any advice you have, any amazing energy boosting foods or things you've done in the past if you've been tired. When I say tired I don't mean just a little bit groggy... I mean literally I'm finding it hard to think about doing the washing, etc. And I'm honestly not being lazy!
Thanks in advance. :)
