Just keep it really clean, keep your hands away, and make sure you finish your prescription of antibiotics.

and after your antibiotics it is VERY important to take probiotics. i would take them for about a week, to put all the good bacteria back in your body that the antibiotics killed off.

My traveling partners and I all got impetigo last summer. Tea tree oil, used twice daily around the sore, worked wonders.
