first post here :D.
I have been vegetarian for 13 years, and, as of  today, I am a few days into being a vegan. After listening to "compassionate living" podcast, I decided that it was the natural thing to do. PLUS the fact that I am 99% sure I am lactose-intolerant now. So. yeah.
I am trying just to be a "healthier" person. I eat well, and swim everyday.
so this is not ENTIRELY new to me, but  it is for my boyfriend (meat-eater). I think the poor guy is kind of lost.  Maybe b/c my new lifestyle is dramatically different than his? I don't know.
that is my *short* vegan intro.
I was wondering, jesus. Where do I start? I am not a good cook, and I like my mock-meats. I would love some easy-as-hell recipes for dinner, maybe for me and the bf! and breakfast, too! I don't want him to be scared, lol, if that makes sense.

anywho, I am happy to be here, and i cannot wait to get to know you all!
