(no subject)
ok so the only class that is available for me to take in order to graduate Summer (I'm at The Ohio State Univ) is Anatomy including CAT DISSECTION. I emailed the prof to ask if I could still pass without doing this. Awaiting her response....
any other suggestions/advice/similar situations/etc?!?!
This will be a fucking nightmare if I have to dissect a fucking cat in order to graduate this summer. I really don't want to hang out another quarter just for one class and bullshit registration. :( :( :( :(
edit: The prof said that maybe (and no one had asked her this before) if I can find a virtual cat dissection (which I have (complete with disturbing cute cartoon images), she might consider if it is possible to learn the material from that instead of hands-on 3-D. Would that be ethical??
double edit: Ok, I think I'm able to pick up a different class that I needed permission for and I think she's going to let me in!! YAY!! Also, thank you all for your great advice!!
