Wow! That looks absolutely delicious, and so easy! I'm a low-fat eater so I think I would use dutch cocoa powder instead of melted chocolate, and Splenda instead of powdered sugar, but it would taste just as fine, I'm sure. That looks scrumptious and is going straight into the recipe file. Thank you for sharing!

(excuse me while I lick the computer screen) :)

An estimated 13,000 animals were killed during the testing phases of Splenda.

Yeah, HLS (Huntington Life Sciences) did the testing for sucralose (another name for Splenda) and they tested the stuff on around 12,800 animals or so and, unfortunately, all of them died.

Search for "sucralose" or "HLS" or "Huntington Life Sciences" or "Splenda" or, really, any number of combinations and you'll find more than enough information to make you sick to your stomach.

Hell, the fact that Johnson & Johnson uses HLS (which is an evil, evil company) for information and/or testing makes me shop for other brands. Even if 12,800 animals weren't killed for Splenda, I wouldn't give them any of my money. But that's just me.
