Following on the heels of the toothpaste thread . . .

I have really awful teeth, full of holes from a misspent youth (read: lots and lots of sugar), so now I'm in the situation where I need to use sensitive toothpaste. I've read all the crap about Tom's, which is what I've been using, so I'd really love to switch brands. Does anyone have any good recommendations?
