I just take a generic brand of aspirin.

I don't know, if that doesn't work you might want to see a doctor.

Tylenol and Panadol both have the same active ingredient - acetaminophen/paracetamol. It has, indeed, been tested on animals, as has Aspirin (then again - aspirin is sometimes used in veterinary care itself. just fyi, if that affects your decision). Generic companies may or may not have directly engaged in animal testing but know that the research has already taken place on these substances in the past.

White wllow bark tea contains salicin - basically unrefined aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid). Its worked OK for me - just the same as two aspirin have. I don't know if its been tested on animals but the fact that its natural works for me.

:P No problem. Do read up a bit -

and make sure its safe for you to take. Off the top of my head it has the same warnings and such as aspirin, but natural remedies can be weird sometimes. Hope you feel better!

Try a steaming hot cup of regular coffee?

I say drink some coffee (if you consume caffiene on a daily basis, otherwise its not an issue), and then lay down in a super dark room with a cold wastcloth over your eyes. Do that for about 30-hour, and when you wake up, slowly drink an entire glass of room-temp water.
