i made a peanutbutter and banana sandwich for the first time two days ago. :)
i think mixing them would be so much better since peanut butter no matter what type is always dry to me
(i hate peanuts so i'm slowly coming around to it all)

wow, I would think some sort of rift in the space/time continuum would occur when those two flavors are mixed.

I love peanut butter, jelly and sliced banana sandwiches, but never tried them blended together. sounds good, though.

do you keep it in the fridge? I always used to have problems with my natural pb if i didn't eat it in like a week or two, it would re separate and was a general pain, but keeping it in the fridge after the big initial stir seems to help keep it all mixed up and delicious.

hmm...no, i don't! i should! i will!

aside from that, i think one of the main contributing factors to it drying out is that when i initially mixed it, i accidentally splashed out a lot of the oil.

Set the unopened jar upside down on your countertop for a day. The next day it should be blended. This is an amazing trick that I just learned.

That's actually a really good idea...bananas & peanut butter taste sooo good together.
