My dog always goes absolutely fucking nuts when he smells nutritional yeast. He isn't really too much of a counter surfer, and if I tell him 'no,' he stops doing whatever it is he's doing. But whenever nutritional yeast is involved, he seems to get into the Dog Frenzy. Today he knocked over the trash can while I was making my lunch because he tried to jump up to smell my food.
He's eaten a pound of it before and hasn't gotten sick, and it's not listed as poisonous on any of the websites I've checked, but whhhhhhhhhhhhhyyyy the obsession? Does anyone else's dog go nuts over nut yeast, or other really weird food?
