Vegan cheesecake! I just veganized a basic cheesecake recipe using Tofutti for the cream cheese. It was delicious! My dad even thought it was great, and it didn't make my stomach angry the way that non-vegan cheesecake used to. The texture wasn't any different from non-vegan cheesecake either. Mmmm! I also made some baklava with agave nectar instead of honey, pretty good but I think it needed more syrup. ;)
