looked through six months' of entries and couldn't find a post referencing film, except for one about going to see movies. It wasn't tagged, either, sadly. Do you happen to have a link?
I also checked Ilford sites. They only seem to promote their photographic paper in detail and neglect to even mention their film. Perhaps I'm looking at the wrong site.

I've just emailed ILFORD and I'll post back here once I get a reply with what I've found out. I just thought I'd check for myself and find out exactly which products are suitable and whether their production processes are consistent all over the world.

I am a little suspicious when I had heard otherwise, but I guess there's no real reason to think they'd be lying to me or have their own information wrong.
