Happy Vegan Life is...
1. My mom making her first Tofurky for me and my fiancé especially given that I've only had a Tofurky once before, and my fiancé has never had a tofurky in his 9 years of being vegan. It was tasty! She did a great job!
2. Making vegan lasagna rollups for our second dinner at his grandparents house. We made a "meat" sauce to accompany the lasagna and at least 3 people thought it was a real meat sauce meant to cover the weird vegan food with meaty goodness. Plus two people told us the lasagna was the best they ever had.
3. Having his grandma make an AWESOME dark chocolate vegan mousse. I have no idea how she did it, but it looked and tasted GREAT. In fact, it looked way better than the non-vegan mousse!
