I usually don't eat a lot of soy in my diet unless I'm out to eat or I'm with friends or its a special occasion. This week I've had tofu almost everyday and today I had a ton of soy products for a delicious brunch with friends. Shortly after brunch a small rash appeared on my chest and started spreading on my back, arms, neck, etc. I can't think of any other reason I would develop a rash other than too much soy, as I have not changed detergents or anything like that. I've never had hives before. So is it possible to get hives from soy?
What can I do to ease this without medicine? I'm currently drinking tons of water and about to take a shower.
