Moo Shoes and Earth Vegan rule!
OK so I took the advice given here the other day re: returning my Earth Vegan shoes where the sole had split open.
I emailed Earth Vegan and they responded with this:
Dear Matt,
I am sorry for your experience. Which styles had you purchased? Sole
cracking is considered a defect. If your sole has cracked, I suggest
contacting the retailer from whom they had been purchased ASAP for
inspection. Many retailers have replacement pairs in stock. Please let me
know if you have any additional questions about our products.
And I really didn't believe it could be that easy so I called Moo Shoes and sure enough - even without a receipt, even with them being months old, etc etc - No problem to just go in and return them.
I'm so happy - Earth Vegan and Moo Shoes totally took care of me! A+!
