"I just did some research and contacted Trader Joes buyers (1.626.599.3768) and was assured by them that the Charles Shaw line of wines were vegan.
Since they produce such large quantites of the wine (10,000+ gallons at a time) they use a mechanical filtration process. The ingredients used in Charles Shaw wines are also bereft of animal products / byproducts."
