Big Brother Vegan Staples
This is completely random...but I was watching big brother (australian) with my gf (i know, it's embarassing to admit) anyway, we noticed they were eating a lot of soy products, and whatnot & I said.."do you think they're being made to eat vegan food?" so, I decided to investigate...and turns out THEY ARE! there's an article about it here: http://www.bigbrother.3mobile.com.au/news.html?id=8
I thought it was a bit strange..as there isn't that much vegan-awareness in australia compared to other countries...a lot of people don't know what it means :S
although...it is a shame about the cow out the back that they milk..lol..and the eggs..I'm just hoping they don't eat one of the poor chickens :(
edit: they're also living in a completly eco house with rainwater tanks/recycled furniture..etc i was quite impressed. :D
