What do you order at starbucks? I'm assuming a vanilla soy latte might be vegan but I'm not sure.

And is anyone diabetic in here? Because since I've been vegan its helped me a lot. I'm type 1 which is not what this article is refering to ( rather type 2) but I was just wondering :D

I don't know if it's vegan, but there are like 900 calories in one, so drink with discretion.

Its really quite ridiculous how bad they are for you. I pretty much never go there because yeah, I don't want to drink my calories. But I just wanted to see if there was anything you could drink :D

Well looking it up it says around 270 cals but I definitely know some drinks that are over a thousand :/

the lattes are just silk soymilk and a couple squirts of sugar syrup, so i don't think they're quite that bad.

i'm sure some of the frozen drinks are, though, but that's because it's milk, sugar, and more dehydrated milkfat crap. heh.
