I have two questions.

Number 1: I have not been taking my flax. I have flax seeds and flax seed oil, but I have not been taking them at all. I think I had some flax seed oil ONCE in my smoothie, but other than that, I have had none. I mean, I know I'm going to have to stop being lazy and start taking it, but I don't really want to swallow it straight. So how do you guys make sure you get the flax you need? Also, I'm still waiting to get Going Vegan, so I don't remember how much I'm supposed to have.

Number 2: I bought a cornbread mix and some veg chili from Trader Joe's a month or so ago, and I really want to have them together, but I'm not sure what egg replacer to use for the cornbread. I know there are so many, but do you recommend any in particular?
