Amy's vegan rice crust pizza
Anyone try this? I was so happy to finally find it locally after seeing it last month online that I plunked down the $8 without question. I love most of Ammy's products. My top faves are the roasted veggie pocket and the thai tofu with jasmine rice...
I made this today for me and my guy and served it with Yellow Tail's shiraz. First the cheese did not really melt. The crust was browning at the edges and I did not want it to burn. I microwaved the pizza to get the cheese to melt...The crust was not solid enough for my taste and the toppings were weak...Am I the only one taht did not care for it?
Anyone know of decent vegan safe take out/delivery pizza? I like cooking a lot now but sometimes on busy night I like to order in. Pizza is a fave for my boy but I am rather picky. I grew up with hand made pizza from my Sicilian grandmother...
